By downloading, installing, or using MindRep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MindRep is a mental wellness app that helps you track mood, build mental resilience through structured exercises, and understand the relationship between physical activity and mental wellbeing. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
MindRep is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The content, insights, and exercises provided are for general informational and self-improvement purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
MindRep offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
Free trial: If offered, the free trial period begins when you subscribe and any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
MindRep provides core features at no cost, including daily mood check-ins, streak tracking, basic breathing exercises, and journaling. Pro features require an active subscription.
Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, loss, or app deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content, design, and code in MindRep are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindRep and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MindRep after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
