Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MindRep Pro > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open MindRep, go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings within the app and select "Delete All Data". Alternatively, deleting the app removes all data since everything is stored locally on your device.

Does MindRep share my data?

No. All your data stays on your device. We don't have servers that store your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is MindRep a replacement for therapy?

No. MindRep is a wellness tool designed to complement professional support, not replace it. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
